Our story

Ormentia Services & Consulting is the services and consulting arm of Ormentia LLC, a Nashville-based technology company. Ormentia builds AI-powered software, manages IT infrastructure, and ships custom integrations and business process tools for the businesses that rely on them - which means we spend our time on implementation details, safeguards, and how teams actually adopt what we build, not only high-level strategy.

Clients get that same practitioner mindset across all three service lines. On the IT side, we monitor, support, and maintain your systems with the same care we give our own. On the consulting side, we work inside your constraints and aim for changes your staff can sustain. On the custom software side, we scope carefully, build simply, and hand off work that belongs to you.

Our service area is intentional. We focus on Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Arkansas, and Mississippi so we can stay accessible, visit when it helps, and understand regional business norms - from staffing patterns to how customers expect to communicate. That regional focus is part of how we keep engagements grounded.
